  16.           Reads a portable pixmap as input.  Does a Laplacian relief
  17.           filter, and writes a portable pixmap as output.

  19.           The Laplacian relief filter is described in "Beyond
  20.           Photography" by Holzmann, equation 3.19.  It's a sort of
  21.           edge-detection.
